A New Leg to Stand On - Prince Mahboubian

Prince Mahboubian is a driven student at California State University, Northridge, pursuing multiple degrees in mechanical engineering and physics. After an accident in 2017 cost him his leg, Prince’s life shifted dramatically. He has dedicated himself to the pursuit of athletics by competing in, and training for, triathlon races every year. Mahboubian is also devoting much of his time and resources to develop new iterations for his prosthetic leg and is building a non-profit organization aimed at helping other amputees with atypical prosthetic needs, similar to his own.
